Job Summary: As a Massage Therapist at Kranti Yoga, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional massage and bodywork services to our guests, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clientele, contributing to the reputation of our wellness facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, based on guest preferences and needs. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their health history, physical condition, and specific requirements before each session. Customize massage treatments to address individual concerns and promote overall relaxation and wellness. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and in proper working condition. Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized wellness plans. Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress notes. Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and products to enhance the quality of service offered. Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the establishment to provide comprehensive health and wellness solutions. Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service at all times. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
