Multi channel flow quantitative control system

A multi-channel flow quantitative control system, where multiple quantitative controllers can be installed in an integrated control cabinet. Each method is quantitative and does not interfere with each other.

A complete flow quantitative control system is composed of a flow quantitative control instrument, a flow sensor, and an actuator (usually an electromagnetic on/off valve) that controls the flow on/off.

This flow quantitative controller is divided into two types based on input signals: frequency pulse input type and flow transmission signal input type, for users to choose and order.

This flow quantitative control instrument receives frequency pulse signals (frequency pulse input type) from flow sensors/4-20mA current signals (flow transmission signal input type) from flow sensor transmitters. Based on the set instrument coefficient/flow range, medium density, etc., it realizes the quantitative control function of flow.

This flow quantitative controller also has functions such as instantaneous flow display, total accumulation, daily total accumulation, monthly total accumulation storage, and historical record query.

The human-computer interaction of this flow quantitative control instrument consists of a LCD display screen and 6 operation buttons.

This flow quantitative control instrument has an RS-485 serial interface, and the upper computer can communicate with it through the Modbus RTU protocol.

This flow quantitative control instrument has rich and practical functions, safe and reliable operation, friendly interface, and intuitive and simple operation. We will only provide some explanatory brief explanations here.
